Advait Rana, an archaeologist driven by the mystery of his father's disappearance, uncovers disturbing connections between ancient symbols and Aadhya's fate. Together, they will unearth secrets that were never meant to be found—secrets that could unleash a forgotten terror upon the world.

Author's Notes

Writing Daityagarh has been an exploration into the depths of mythology, horror, and the human psyche. From the very first spark of the idea, I knew this story would be one that blends ancient legends with modern-day fears—where science and spirituality collide in unexpected, often terrifying ways.

The inspiration for the novel came from my fascination with the stories passed down through generations, the myths that shape our understanding of the world, and the dark forces that linger beneath the surface of our consciousness. Daityagarh is an attempt to breathe life into these age-old myths, challenging the boundary between myth and reality.

As you journey through the pages, I invite you to question what you know about the past and the forces that govern our lives. The story is as much about the external battle against an ancient power as it is about the internal struggle to confront fears that lie deep within ourselves.

Thank you for joining Aadhya and Advait on this perilous journey. I hope Daityagarh resonates with you long after you turn the final page.

With gratitude,
Dhara Shah
