In 2018, avid outdoors-man and wildlife photographer Stephen Miller joined a writing group, The Chapman Wordweavers Society. Stephen and the other members quickly went from acquaintances and former schoolmates to friends, best friends -- then an inseparable little family.
Stephen loved life in Pennsylvania. He enjoyed every aspect from the colorful leaves that covered the endless mountains in the autumn, the unpredictable amount of snow fall of the winter, new life and beginnings the spring brought each season and the hot days of the summer, but most of all he lived for the recreational activities; hiking, fishing, hunting, kayaking, canoeing, camping and photography.
Stephen's photo gallery was his bucket list. His goal was to photograph some of the most beautiful creeks, waterfalls, cascades, dams, lakes, covered bridges, wildlife and nature scenery the Pennsylvania Sproul State Forest had to offer, and he did just that. Stephen’s dream was to see his work get published to share it with those who seek and love the outdoors, as much as he did.
Unexpectedly on February 11, 2020 the inseparable little writing family received word the little brother of the group was called home to be with the Lord while on a business trip to Washington D.C. This left the little writing family devastated.
Completely heartbroken and wanting to honor their brother the little writing group decided to bring Stephen's work to life, as Stephen wanted. Their only hope is this book showcases Stephen’s true talent, honors their little brother and keeps his memory alive.
