Mark Adam Griffin, MBA, is a seasoned human resources executive, speaker, and author with over 30 years of experience in both public and private sectors. He is the Founder of IHN HR, helping organizations build high-performance workplaces rooted in Christian values.

Griffin is the author of Faith Driven HR, How to Build “Kingdom-Minded” Organizations, and College to Career. His work integrates faith-based principles with HR best practices to help Christian leaders align culture with mission.

A sought-after speaker, Mark addresses quiet quitting, crisis-proof culture, and Gen Z in the workplace—all from a biblical perspective. He also hosts the Encouragement for Work podcast, equipping leaders with practical, faith-driven insights.

Based in Lancaster, PA, Mark holds a BS in HR from Saint Leo University, earned during his service in the U.S. Air Force, and an MBA from Bloomsburg University.
