Lloyd D. Kelsey III was born in Paducah, Kentucky. He attended the University of Louisville for two years. In the fall of 2002 he met his wife Jacqueline and after they were married in 2004 they moved to Richmond Kentucky.
Lloyd has always found that he had a love of writing. He has written everything from poetry to short stories and novels. The Oblivion Chronicles is the first of many writings he plans to have published on Amazon.com
