Linda Gibson was born in the Caribbean and later moved to the United States where she attended university and obtained her degree in biological science. She then worked as a researcher for several years. After many years of teaching and through a series of life-changing events, she took a courageous step to reinvent herself. This led to the full-time pursuit of her real passion in life: writing. Writing has been for Linda a medium for self-discovery, self- expression, and emotional healing.
Linda’s desire has always been to help people break free from the emotional and psychological pain of their past in order to realize their true potential in God. Writing gives her the platform to do that, by allowing her to share her struggles and victories with her readers so that they can find the wisdom and courage to rise above their hardships in life. She is the author of A Diamond out of the rough: Uncover the treasure in you. A book that was written to help encourage and equip people to let go of the pain of their past in order to reveal the inner treasure of who God made them.
When Linda is not writing, she enjoys playing with her cats, cooking, and taking long walks along the beach where she prays, reflects, and gets inspiration for writing. Linda currently resides in the Caribbean and writes mainly inspirational, personal growth, and health and nutrition books.
