Katrina Avant, a former hair stylist, is a native of eastern Arkansas. "The Touch of a Man's Heart" her first novel, and "What Goes Around..." the sequel, were inspired directly and indirectly by personal experiences. She enjoys traveling and meeting people who have become inspirations for her work.
