Julie Eberhart Painter, a native of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, has seven in print. Previously, she worked with nursing homes as a volunteer coordinator and later as a community ombudsman. She spent eighteen years with Hospice of Volusia/Flagler in Port Orange, Florida and contributed to and edited two of their self-help books.
The World, the Flesh and the Devil and American Castles are available from Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Her nonfiction e-book, From the Inside Out, is considered a best seller on the Net. In 2009 and 2010 respectively, Champagne Books published Mortal Coil,Tangled Web, amd Kill Fee, Best Book from Champagne Books or 2011. The sequel, Medium Rare will releses in December. Muse It Up Publishing will release Daughters of the Sea in January 2013.
Recently, Julie took advantage of her knowledge directing a sanctioned duplicate bridge game to create Kill Fee, a cozy mystery in which her main character inherits fifteen million dollars from her “murdered” uncle. Kill Fee won the Coffee Time Romance & More Best Book award in February 2012. Both Kill Fee and its author are nominees for Best Book and Best Author in 2012 at Champagne Books. Medium Rare, sequel for Kill Fee, releases in December of this year.
Julie also reviews books for a prestigious online romance review site, and is a frequent contributor to Cocktails, Fiction and Gossip Magazine, an online slick.
