Chris Edwards, (Martin Christopher Edwards) was born in Shawneetown Illinois and spent his formative years around Nashville, Tennessee. He presently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area. Chris is a recognized proponent of the cultural arts, a strong business leader and a political activist for equality in human rights and LBGTQ+ causes. Chris has traveled to 46 countries and enjoys the diversity of cultures. Chris has led divisions of large public companies, assisted with the growth and support of social enterprises and served on boards of several non-profits.
Chris is recognized as a mentor in teaching those around him the skills of positive self-esteem and to enjoy the ups and downs of life experiences. Chris's new release has ranked in the Amazon top 100 in "Self Esteem Self Help" and in "Self Help Short Reads".

The first several chapters explain and educate the reader on the impact of smart-phones and apps in our daily lives. The it progresses to a 3 step plan and concludes with an affirmation game plan in a familiar format to success.
