Alexander Blum is a millennial lost in the world. He clings to scraps of meaning found in ancient myths, religions, and his own brand of Emersonian moral absolutism. He was born in 1995, too old to explore the frontier and too young to see the stars. Trapped in the most middling period of human existence, surrounded by thousands of novels and words and works of art, this young man makes his external soul out of the experiences of a man he met at an auto repair shop in Buffalo, New York, who actually suffered six years in Florida’s Dade Correctional Facility for a murder he did not commit. Godspeed, all who suffer in the world of flesh. His website is www.alexanderblum.net. He is currently working on a novel to be titled The New Symphony, and is finishing a Bachelor’s Degree in lesbian dance theory.
